Shipping Policy

Shipping Information:

All orders over $50 get free ground shipping in the domestic United States. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $6.95. UPS Ground is the ONLY free shipping method for this offer. Need Help? Have Questions? Email us at info@countrytoys.com or Call 1-866-907-8697 M-F 9am-5pm EST.



  • Orders placed by 12 Noon EST Monday - Friday ship the same day
  • Orders placed Saturday - Sunday ship the following business day.
  • When closed for a holiday your order ships the next business day.
  • Most orders ship from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA and arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • Orders that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer require 5-7 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped with a tracking # so you may track your order.


*Sales tax is calculated for orders shipped within the State of Georgia.

We only ship to the 48 contiguous states by UPS ground. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Receipt time is usually 3 to 5 business days. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and require additional delivery time. You will be notified if it is a direct shipped item.

Return Policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase made at Country Toys. If you're not happy you may return or exchange within 30 days of the original order date as long as the following criteria are met:

  • The toy(s) were purchased from Country Toys.
  • The toy(s) is new and unused with no signs of wear or use.
  • The toy(s) have all the original tags attached.
  • Any dollhouses, furniture, tricycles, wagons or play kitchens have not been assembled.
  • If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e., free shipping or a coupon, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.
  • You have a Return Authorization #.




Important Note: If you would like to make a return, it is important to e-mail us at info@countrytoys.com for a return shipping address. Returns that are unauthorized may be refused or delayed.

Receive an exchange, credit, replacement or refund for the merchandise amount less any appropriate shipping charges. When we receive your returned item we will notify you by e-mail of your refund in the manner your paid.

All returned orders after 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee, due to credit card fees and shipping fees. The assessment will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refused shipments/orders will be subject to a $10 fee and an additional 15% restocking fee. The assessment will be deducted from the refund amount.

For your protection and to help ensure you get a full refund, we recommend the following:

  • Use the original packaging materials and box.
  • Ship the return with UPS or USPS with insurance.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Country Toys does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed by UPS or returned to Country Toys as undeliverable. If the shipment is re-routed by UPS a shipping charge is assessed to the billing party. The billing party is also responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Damaged/Defective Items

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 10 days of the original ship date.
